On completion of the residential treatment program at Nirmaan, the Patient will be released to the mainstream life where he has to apply the rehab learning, a day at a time. We must anticipate that the skills of the Patient are new and although it has been practiced to the best limit inside Nirmaan there will always be a difference outside. Now he is in the real War Zone. The Patient needs to continue taking professional help and informational support from Nirmaan as he is now moving out of the theory and into the practice of living-enjoying an chemical free life.
Nirmaan provides the following services to a Patient after he gets released from the residential treatment course -
- Continuing individual counseling - The Service Providers of Nirmaan will be there round the clock to help the Patient practicing the coping skills in vulnerable situations. Many a time it has been experienced that most of the Patients use to connect our Service Providers on Phone and narrates their problem and situation. Sometime on having a major uncomfortability, the Patient came and visited our Service Providers personally. In both circumstances a Patient will get best support from our Service Providers to cope with their unmanageability in the mainstream of life. Nirmaan believes that the bonding between a Service Provider and a Patient is divine & eternal and so thus Nirmaan possesses a tendency to maintain this bonding lifelong.
- Continuing family counseling sessions – A family, any family can connect a Service Provider of Nirmaan at any given time, no matter whether one of their family member is in the treatment or has completed the treatment or never been in a treatment at Nirmaan. The Service Providers of Nirmaan are well aware of their Primary Purpose that is to “Carry the Message of Recovery” and thus leaning toward supporting those families who are reaching out for Help. The families associated with Nirmaan consider our place as a Home to their strength as well as Nirmaan in no way considers them an outside issue
- Residential follow up program – We know it is not that easy to fight with your disease but not impossible. It is to be considered that the first one year after getting out of Nirmaan on completion of a treatment, the instability will be there to an extent where sometime it will be hard for a Patient to handle it alone. Nirmaan provides a residential follow up for the Patient where the Patient has to come and stay in-house for a period of time as suggested by the Service Provider. This helps the Patient to gain back his confidence and reviving disease concept which always enhance the quality and quantity of recovery.
